Our first poop pickup for new customers (also required if it’s been over a week since your last clean-up) begins with an initial clean-up.

Most clean-ups start at $60 (covers up to 60 minutes).

Extra time: $1 per minute beyond the first hour.

Pricing
✅ $75 Minimum Charge – Includes up to 60 minutes of poop patrol.⏳ Need more time? Just $1 per extra minute after the first hour.
What to Expect
✔️ We track cleanup time, so you only pay for what’s needed.
✔️ If more time is required, we’ll invoice you after the job is complete.
✔️ Most cleanups take around 60 minutes—but larger yards, big dogs, long grass, or snow may take 2 to 4 hours.

Keep Service Areas Accessible: Please ensure our team can easily access the areas we’re servicing.

Lawn Maintenance: Regular lawn care is important for effective removal.

Pet Safety: Our poop specialists are dog-friendly, but if your pets aren’t people-friendly, please keep them inside.

Service Charges: If we can't access your yard due to locked gates, severe ice, or aggressive dogs (without anyone to let them inside), we’ll apply a service charge. We’ll ring the doorbell to request entrance first.

Weather-Related Rescheduling: Removal/Pickup is a year-round service, but severe weather (heavy rain, cold, or snow accumulation over 2”) may force us to reschedule. We’ll contact you to arrange makeup service the following week.

Notice for Suspension/Cancellation: A 3-day notice is required for suspending, canceling, or taking a vacation from services.

Additional Fees for Larger Yards: Areas over 1/4 acre may have additional fees after evaluation.
